Systems Analyst-Salesforce

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supporting enterprise wide system(s) and project objectives for the Salesforce platform. Responsible for the build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned systems. This position is responsible for obtaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality and acquiring knowledge of the business workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, user provisioning, supporting existing business processes, and meeting ongoing project timelines & deadlines.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, MIS, or a closely related field.
In lieu of degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years of directly related experience as a systems analyst or developer working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with an intermediate knowledge of core technology and development tools.
Experience maintaining CRM platforms or systems, preferably in an implementation capacity (full project lifecycle preferred).
(If no degree, a total of eight (8) years of experience required.)

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with Agile project methodology is preferred.
Previous professional experience in a team or project environment preferred.
Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
