Your work profile

As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making. Prior experience with government or public sector projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategy and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across systems.
• Support predictive and prescriptive analytics by applying statistical techniques.
• Automate data processing and reporting tasks using scripts or tools.
• Document methodologies, findings, and maintain a data knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.C.A Only
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting .
• Strong skills in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
• Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Knowledge of statistical methods and tools (Python/R, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.).
• Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

• Prior experience working with government or public sector datasets/projects .
• Knowledge of open data platforms, data governance, and compliance standards .
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
• Exposure to machine learning basics for advanced analytics.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Data Analyst, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, etc.).

• Location: Puducherry (Work from Office – 5 days)
