Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Prior exposure to the Real Estate or Banking & Financial Services industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track business performance.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations for process improvement and decision-making.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM for data reporting, campaign performance, and pipeline analysis (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau or equivalent tools.
• Experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (added advantage).
• Prior experience in Real Estate or Banking & Financial Services industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
