Position Title: Data Analyst
Reports to: CDAO
Position Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their analytical skills in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will support business decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Essential Functions
- Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation and reporting standards.
- Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing data initiatives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or Python
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Exposure to business intelligence or analytics projects.
