Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at Zameen.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other data analysis tools to streamline reporting and enhance data accuracy across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large volumes of data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, sales reports, and other internal systems).
• Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, and data visualization) to prepare dashboards and performance reports.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support data-driven strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate performance insights.
• Support business forecasting, KPIs tracking, and ad-hoc analysis requests from management.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales, marketing, or real estate environment.

Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, VBA).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, SQL , or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data management, data visualization, and reporting principles.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and data validation techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
