QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

• Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Professional Experience: Brings 5–9 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business analysis, or strategy—ideally within commercial pharma, healthcare, or similar industries. Ability to break down complex business problems into structured analytical approaches. Strong critical thinking to interpret data beyond surface-level trends.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of commercial pharma dynamics, market access, and brand strategy. Ability to connect data insights to real-world business decisions.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, scenario modeling, and automation).
• Data Handling Expertise: Comfortable working with relational databases through SQL and experienced with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
