Data Analyst

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (On-site; preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and data queries
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets
• Document data processes, methodologies, and assumptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and engineering

Qualifications/Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Understanding of statistics, data validation, and data quality concepts
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
