Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel to join our team immediately. You will play a key role in turning raw data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions and support strategic initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Use Advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and formulas to manipulate data and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in automating data processes and improving data quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ Proficiency in Power BI – creating dashboards, DAX, visualization best practices
✔ Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis tools, macros/VBA
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
✔ Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or related role (preferred)
