Data Engineer

We are hiring a Data Engineer for one of our esteemed clients in the IT / Digital Transformation space. This role is ideal for a seasoned data professional who can design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

Role overview

• Position: Data Engineer (Senior Level)
• Experience: 7–10 years in Data Engineering
• Location: UAE (Relocation support may be considered, as per client policy)

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on Azure.
• Build and optimize solutions using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, BI, product, and business stakeholders) to translate requirements into high-quality data solutions.

Required skills and experience

• 7–10 years of proven experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks and PySpark.
• Solid experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
• Strong ETL / data pipeline development background and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver high-impact data solutions.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
