Data Analyst

We’re looking for someone who gets mildly annoyed by bad data, asks “but why?” at least five times a day, and secretly enjoys turning messy spreadsheets into beautiful logic.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Turn messy, human-made data into structured, usable information
• Ask uncomfortable but necessary questions about numbers that “look fine”
• Build reports and dashboards that drive action, not just meetings
• Find patterns, gaps, inefficiencies, and weird outliers
• Help teams define what should be measured (not just measure what exists)
• Translate data into plain language for non-technical people
• Automate repetitive reporting so you can focus on thinking

Skills We Expect

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of data cleaning and validation
• Ability to explain insights without using jargon

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with operational or manufacturing data
