Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the efforts of the Front-End Developers, PHP/Laravel Developers, Data Analysts, and Social Media/SEO teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards, while fostering collaboration across technology and digital teams.

The PM will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and management, ensuring projects align with business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze CRM and calls (Inbound) datasets including call logs, lead management, customer journeys, and agent performance
  • Monitor and report on call center KPIs (AHT, ASA, FCR, conversion rates, talk time, call drop rates)
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction
  • Work with NoSQL databases for semi-structured CRM and interaction data
  • Support PHP-based CRM applications by validating data flows and reports
  • Create dashboards and automated reports for operations and management
  • Apply basic statistical and data science techniques to identify trends and patterns
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and business teams to improve CRM efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

· Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

· Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar)

· Basic to intermediate experience with PHP (understanding backend logic and data flows)

· Experience working with CRM systems (custom CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)

· Understanding of telephonic call center metrics and workflows

· Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)

· Ability to translate business requirements into data insights.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Project experience in CRM, call center analytics, or business analytics
  • Exposure to machine learning basics (regression, classification, clustering)
  • Experience working with real-world datasets
  • Knowledge of data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

Tools & Workflow

· Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch

· Programming: PHP (basic to intermediate), Python (preferred), SQL

· Data Analysis & Visualization: Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase

· Data Science Libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn (basic exposure)

· CRM & Call Center Tools: Custom CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, Dialer systems, IVR, CTI logs

· Other Tools: REST APIs, Git, basic ETL tools, Jupyter Notebook
