We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Analyst
to play a key role in transforming our data into high-quality, actionable insights that support business decision-making—particularly for sales and revenue operations. This role partners closely with data engineers, business analysts, system administrators, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver meaningful analytics.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, along with hands-on experience working with CRM and sales data. They enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities

Work with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements.

Examine data from multiple source systems and run comparison analysis for anomalies, errors, and inconsistencies.

Design and implement mapping logic to cleanse, filter, and structure raw data into usable, high-quality data sets. Document data mappings, conversion rules, workflows, and ETL specifications.

Work with technical SMEs and system administrators to create and optimize ETL processes, scripts, and workflows to move data between systems.

Work with technical and functional SMEs to validate data and ensure high quality. Troubleshoot and problem solve data-related issues.

Use statistical techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, and predict trends

Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Make recommendations to improve processes, workflows, and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years work experience
in a data analyst or equivalent role

Functional Experience:
Supporting sales organizations and working with sales data, customer accounts data, and revenue data

CRM
: Experience with CRM Tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn, and Gong

BI
: Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze data structures and interpret complex datasets.

Analytical Skills:
Strong mathematical skills to gather, measure, and analyze data.

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS), and scripting languages (Python, Bash). Experience with Excel and Power Point.

Database Knowledge:
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing concepts.

Soft Skills:
Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and critical thinking to solve business problems.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or business analytics; or equivalent work experience.
