Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft tools and data analysis, preferably with experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational and financial data, generating insights, and supporting management in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, financial, and logistics data related to freight forwarding activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
• Interpret large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support management by providing accurate data analysis and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Background or working knowledge in freight forwarding / logistics data analysis is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics KPIs, shipment data, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of database systems or data visualization tools is an advantage.
