About the Role

and our business. The Marketing Analytics and Insights team turns data into meaning. And now,we’re looking for a Data Analyst who is eager to explore data and develop skill in translating business results into compelling stories that drive action.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a curious and collaborative analyst who is energized by connecting with stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and learning how to influence strategy with compelling information. While a foundational understanding of technical tools is expected, this role is well suited for someone eager to build expertise.
You’ll sit at the intersection of data and strategy, serving as a trusted advisor and insight
translator across teams. Your analysis won’t just inform; it will inspire decisions that drive the
business forward.
What You’ll Do- Explore and interpret data to uncover the story behind business performance—what
happened, why it matters, and what comes next.
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses that identify new opportunities, answer strategic
questions, and support decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional partners to understand business
needs, explore data, and translate key findings into understandable insights.
- Develop intuitive, action-oriented dashboards and visualizations that highlight key takeaways—not just numbers.
- Grow business acumen by learning how consumer behavior shapes performance.
- Build strong relationships to collaborate, learn, and contribute to a high performing team.
