Responsibilities

• Use SQL and Python to clean, process, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
• Analyze service performance and customer data to uncover trends and provide insights.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Looker and/or Databricks.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests to answer key business questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to align analytical work with priorities.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
