Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your strong data analysis skills to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data visualization, database management, and project management will drive efficiency and innovation across our legal services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Perform data extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading processes utilizing Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Apply business analysis techniques within Agile project management frameworks to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects from planning through deployment.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Strong knowledge of SQL programming for database querying and management.
- Experience with ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; familiarity with Python and Bash scripting is a plus.
- Understanding of database design principles for relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Ability to conduct business analysis within an Agile environment; experience with project management methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of SDLC practices for analytics projects; familiarity with analysis skills including R programming is advantageous.
- Competence in creating detailed process diagrams using Visio; experience with data integration via Linked Data concepts is beneficial.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $141,000.00 per year
