Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance
• Analyze trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Create visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to management
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, and reporting
• Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (full-time, onsite) environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
