As a Data Analyst, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role is pivotal in shaping our data-driven strategies, directly impacting product development and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments, leveraging your analytical prowess to uncover patterns and opportunities.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies using statistical methods.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data collection, data quality, and data warehousing processes.
Conduct A/B testing analysis and interpret results to inform product and marketing optimization strategies.
Translate complex analytical results into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Design and implement data models to support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics).
Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
