About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role is pivotal in shaping our data-driven strategies, directly impacting product development and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments, leveraging your analytical prowess to uncover patterns and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies using statistical methods.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data collection, data quality, and data warehousing processes.

• Conduct A/B testing analysis and interpret results to inform product and marketing optimization strategies.

• Translate complex analytical results into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

• Design and implement data models to support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design principles.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.

• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics).

• Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
