Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Interpret data and present findings to management
• Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
• Automate data processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with SQL; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
