based in Jeddah.
Role Purpose:
To ensure the
accuracy, quality, and analysis of customer and operational data
, while delivering actionable insights that enhance
customer experience
, improve
business performance
, and support
data-driven decision-making
across the organization.
Responsibilities

Analyze customer data, leads, and operational performance
-
Ensure data accuracy across sales, service, and customer systems
-
Prepare and maintain reports & dashboards (NPS, CSI, QSR)
-
Monitor customer complaints, inquiries, and ticket quality
-
Generate daily and periodic insights to support business decisions
-
Track and improve campaign performance (SMS & customer surveys)
-
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
Minimum
3 years of experience
in data analysis

Strong proficiency in
Excel and PowerPoint
-
Good command of English (written & spoken)
-
Generate daily and periodic insights to support business decisions

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-
Experience in
automotive or customer experience environments
is a plus
