We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team in a leading automotive company based in Jeddah.

Role Purpose:

To ensure the accuracy, quality, and analysis of customer and operational data , while delivering actionable insights that enhance customer experience , improve business performance , and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data, leads, and operational performance
  • Ensure data accuracy across sales, service, and customer systems
  • Prepare and maintain reports & dashboards (NPS, CSI, QSR)
  • Monitor customer complaints, inquiries, and ticket quality
  • Generate daily and periodic insights to support business decisions
  • Track and improve campaign performance (SMS & customer surveys)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Generate daily and periodic insights to support business decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in automotive or customer experience environments is a plus
