Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Lahore. This role is primarily focused on data compilation (70%) and data analysis (30%). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and highly proficient in Excel & Power BI, while also being comfortable working with people and adapting to AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to fetch data (regular phone calls and emails expected).
• Analyze and visualize data using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and models.
• Support and adapt to AI-based tools for data compiling and analysis in the future.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and preferably macros).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (building dashboards, reports, and data models).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt AI-driven processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 (depending on experience & skill set).
• Office-based role at Siddiq Trade Center, Gulberg II, Lahore.
