Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Map existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, functional requirements, and project scope.
• Create detailed business requirements, process models, user stories, and reports to effectively communicate findings to technical and business teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business goals and project objectives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the healthcare or health-tech sector.
• Working knowledge of US Healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or health plan operations.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology and tools like Jira.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards.
