ERP Implementation

Job Summary

We are hiring an ERP implementation to help configure, support, and improve our ERP system based on business needs. You will work closely with departments like Finance, HR, Sales, and Inventory, understand their processes, and make sure the ERP system works effectively for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and understand business requirements from different departments
  • Configure ERP modules like Accounts, HR, Procurement, and Inventory
  • Assist in testing, training, and supporting ERP users
  • Prepare user manuals and training material
  • Work with technical teams for customizations or reports
  • Support users with day-to-day ERP-related queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper reporting from ERP modules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
  • 2–3 years of experience with ERP systems
  • Good understanding of accounting, payroll, and inventory processes
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with software tools
