Head of IT

Interwood is seeking a visionary Head of IT to lead our enterprise systems, ERP, automation, and AI initiatives across factories, offices, and retail showrooms nationwide. This role will oversee both development and networking teams, ensuring seamless system integration, digital transformation, and technology-driven efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership
• • Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, covering ERP, CRM, BI, and production systems.
  • Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP B1 and Add-Ons, ensuring integration with HubSpot, Power BI, Shopper Value, Production Portal, and Oracle.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure across multiple locations to ensure uptime, security, and business continuity.
• ERP, Reporting & BI
• • Deliver accurate and actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and Crystal Reports.
  • Automate workflows across supply chain, finance, production, sales, and HR with real-time dashboards and exception reporting.
• AI & Automation
• • Deploy AI-driven solutions for demand forecasting, sales analytics, customer insights, and process automation.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools by training and supporting teams across all business units.
• Governance & Security
• • Establish data governance policies, enforce cybersecurity protocols, and implement disaster recovery systems.
  • Oversee vendor and project management for ERP, AI, and IT systems, ensuring SLA compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Leadership & People Development
• • Lead and mentor the IT team, building in-house expertise in ERP, integration, automation, and AI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing/retail/multi-site organizations.
  • Proven expertise in SAP B1 and exposure to Oracle ERP.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Power BI, Shopper Value, Production Portals.
  • Strong track record in systems integration, automation, and AI-driven transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
