Data Analyst - Forecasting Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in data analytics. You will work closely with senior analysts and business teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Use statistical techniques to derive insights and support business decisions.
• Document findings, workflows, and processes clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Understanding of data visualization principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to explain insights clearly.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
3. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
4. Passion for innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
5. Male candidates only.
