About the Role

As a Data Analyst in our Private Pay Home Healthcare organization, you’ll transform operational, financial, and client care data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, scheduling, HR, and finance teams to improve client satisfaction, optimize caregiver utilization, and support strategic business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, building dashboards, and influencing decision‑making through data.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Service Insights

• Analyze client census, service hours, care plan adherence, and satisfaction trends
• Track client retention, churn, and lifetime value
• Identify service gaps, risk patterns, and operational inefficiencies

Caregiver & Workforce Analytics

• Evaluate caregiver utilization, availability, overtime, and attendance
• Support workforce planning and recruiting through demand forecasting
• Track compliance, credentials, and performance KPIs

Scheduling & Operational Performance

• Monitor fill rates, time-to-fill, cancellations, and schedule efficiency
• Identify workflow bottlenecks affecting service delivery
• Provide insights to improve client–caregiver matching and coverage

Financial & Business Analytics

• Analyze revenue by client, service line, and shift type
• Track margins, labor costs, overtime impact, and bill-to-pay ratios
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic growth planning

Marketing & Growth Metrics

• Monitor referral sources, conversion rates, and admission timelines
• Support marketing and business development analytics

Quality, Compliance & Risk

• Track incidents, documentation timeliness, and caregiver credentials
• Identify care quality trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Experience with home care systems like WellSky Personal Care, ClearCare, AxisCare, or AlayaCare

Industry Knowledge

• Understanding of private pay home care operations, scheduling workflows, and client‑caregiver dynamics

Soft Skills

• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex data
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
