Data Analyst - I

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in strengthening Pice’s data

foundation across product, operations, credit, and engineering. You will own

analytical projects—building dashboards, automating workflows, creating data

pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the org.

You will work closely with Product and Senior Leadership, who will provide business

context and strategic direction while you focus on execution, insights, and improving

data availability and reliability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical

work and has strong business thinking.

1. 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

2. Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python experience for automation, data processing, and analysis.

3. Experience working with PostgreSQL; familiarity with OLAP systems such as ClickHouse/BigQuery/Redshift is a plus.

4. Experience using Tableau, Metabase, or other BI tools for dashboarding and reporting.

5. Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across teams.

1. Write optimized SQL queries across diverse datasets (product, operations, credit, financial data, etc.).

2. Maintain and enhance Python scripts/pipelines for automation, reporting, and data quality checks.

3. Work with large structured and semi-structured datasets using PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and related tools.

4. Build, update, and monitor dashboards in Metabase and Tableau for stakeholders across the org.

5. Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy across analytics, reporting, and product workflows.

6. Support integrations of external data sources and help design scalable data processes.

7. Perform exploratory and deep-dive analyses to support product strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth.
