As a data analyst lead on the Digital Media team, you’ll lead analyses focused on business needs by using mathematical or statistical concepts and advanced data modeling. You’ll guide spending decisions, create reports and forecasts, identify trends, and recommend business solutions to optimize media efficiency. In this role, you’ll provide qualitative and quantitative direction for digital media auction and marketing outcomes. Additionally, you’ll coordinate projects across multiple media marketing workstreams, ensuring decisions are made in a timely, accurate, effective, implementable, and scalable manner.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with digital media auctioning metrics and models, with the ability to quickly understand, dissect, and improve media marketing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to address unique challenges with nuanced data and drive impactful digital media experiences.
  • Expert programming skills using SAS, R, SQL, and/or Python, along with Tableau and Power BI proven ability to synthesize, parse, update, and interpret complex statistical models or programs in SAS.
  • Proficiency in data wrangling and advanced (or data science) model building.
    Ability to work independently but also collaboratively, cross-departmentally, and quickly adapt to decisions around the changing media landscape.

Compensation

  • $95,800 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
