Data Analyst (onsite full time)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst who can analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be strong in SQL, Excel, and BI tools with a solid understanding of data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases
• Analyze business trends, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations)
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards where possible

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong command of Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Good understanding of data modeling and data cleaning
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of statistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of business domains (Finance, Marketing, HR analytics)
