Data Analyst - PMV

Responsibilities:

• Collects and analyses data to identify trends.

• Provides valuable information to improve marketing, operational, and business practices.

• Extracts insights from collected data using statistical and analytical techniques.

• Presents data in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Helps organizations make informed decisions.

• Collaborating with team members to collect and analyse data.

• Creating dashboards for easy access.

• Allocate document reference numbers according to the coding structures.

• Ensure regular interaction and always maintain clear verbal and/ written with all departments that are related to the company's projects.

• Manage, maintain, coordinate and update reports according to the reporting matrix and distribution list assigned to each employee's designation, ensuring report accuracy and on time submission.

• Manage, monitor, track, coordinate and report all driver/ operator behaviour-based activities of the PMV Fleet.

• Update and maintain the Transport Status Report.

• Maintain and record all Candidate Approval Form (CAF) to ensure accurate recruitment database and prevent repeated applications.

• Prepare Transport Invoices.

• Measure and manage the efficiency of the operations (Key Performance Indicators)

• Manage the integration of data between the GPS, FMS and other platforms.

• Reporting of Year-to-Date Statistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, MBA or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' Data Analysis experience
• Proficient in SQL
