Data Analyst & Project Manager — Warren County PVA Office (Bowling Green, KY)

About the Role

The Warren County Property Valuation Administrator’s Office is seeking a motivated and service-minded Data Analyst & Project Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in improving data quality, managing projects, and helping us serve the citizens of Warren County with accuracy, transparency, and innovation.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, learning new tools, and taking ownership of their work. The ideal candidate is both analytical and people-oriented — someone who can manage projects, interpret complex data, and help guide our office toward smarter, more efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze property, sales, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate projects that enhance data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and community service.
  • Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g., GIS, CAMA, Excel, and internal databases).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with appraisal and administrative teams to implement solutions.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and public service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
  • A problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.
  • A servant leader who values teamwork, humility, and public service.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques — proficiency in Excel is required; experience with GIS, SQL, or statistical software is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate prior experience analyzing data or managing data-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in data analysis, management, or related fields.

Why Join Us

At the Warren County PVA Office, you’ll be part of a small, mission-driven team that values innovation, personal growth, and service to our community. We’re modernizing the way government works — and we’re looking for someone ready to grow with us.
