Data Analyst w/ AI Experience (On-Site)

Steves & Sons is looking to hire a highly motivated and technically minded individual to fill the role of Data Analyst. The Data Analyst has background scoping projects, collecting requirements from management or end users, engaging developers to make changes, and assisting to deploy applications. We’re looking for a candidate who understands the meaning of teamwork and has an orientation toward learning new processes.

***Must be located in San Antonio or surrounding areas***

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• SQL Server management, performance optimization, and the management of replication processes
• Use software reporting tools to design dashboards and comprehensive reports used across multiple lines of business
• Collect requirements from management or end users, engage developers to make changes, and assist to deploy applications
• Enter and update databases with manufacturing data and complex BOM automation rules
• Liaison with programmers and work with them as data needs change
• Organizing and maintaining electronic records.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical degree is required
• Must possess advanced SQL knowledge
• Familiar with business intelligence reporting tools/software; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and have advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service focus
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
