Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies to support Madar’s business objectives.
• Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems for leadership and operational teams.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to create business value.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence; ideally within the logistics, transportation, or a related sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python), and data management software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Strong experience in using advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, and machine learning, to provide actionable insights.
• Business Acumen: Adequate understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, with the ability to connect data analysis with business outcomes.
• Problem-solving skills and proven ability to develop creative solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Experience in communication and presentation of complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in project management, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
