End-to-End BI Implementation
- Lead the full lifecycle of Business Intelligence system implementation from planning and requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support across the EMENAC region.
- Ensure alignment of BI solutions with regional and global data strategies, incorporating scalability, reusability, and long-term support considerations.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct detailed workshops with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement to inform solution design.
Ownership of BI/BA Activities
- Lead and manage the entire process of translating business needs into BI solutions through functional specifications and solution mapping, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Independently oversee all BI/BA activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations, while minimizing the need for supervision.
- Ensure seamless integration of BI solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, addressing both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the process.
- Provide expert guidance to the team on BI/BA best practices, ensuring consistent, high-quality output in all project phases.
Documentation, Solution design & Recommendation
- Define, document, and validate business KPIs, analytics requirements, reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation, obtaining formal sign-off from stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement.
- Provide first-level design recommendations for BI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, user expectations, and align with the overall system architecture and goals.
Traceability & Knowledge
- Track and monitor requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure scope, quality, and alignment.
- Facilitating seamless knowledge transfer to development and testing teams, providing ongoing support to ensure accurate understanding and execution.
UAT management and data warehouse integration
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with business users to define test scenarios, ensuring successful validation of solutions.
- Maintaining and overseeing the Data Warehouse environment, ensuring that all related interfaces and integrations function seamlessly and meet business requirements.
Compliance with IT SOPs
- Ensure strict adherence to internal IT Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including documentation, testing, validation, and audit readiness.
