We are looking for self-motivated, dedicated Datacenter Technician to join full-time. The successful candidate will handle responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
Shift:
Sunday from 7am-5pm and Monday-Wednesday from 11am-9pm
Job Summary:
- On site engineer will service all client needs including server hardware break-fix and IMAC support, As well as smart hand support for network equipment.
- Troubleshoot, and supports systems/equipment (DELL, Oracle, IBM and HP Servers)
- Diagnose, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as Needed
- Follows all client policy and procedures, adhere to best practices
- Presents problem resolution or refer more complex issues to a Sr. Support Engineer
- Maintain part records and inventory
- Documentation of activity and will show strong organizational skills
- Express positive attitude and strong analytical skills
Skills:
- Extensive Server and hardware trouble shooting experience required
- Capable of replacing all hardware components in large scale data center
- Experienced with newer generation Dell, Oracle, Lenovo, and HP servers
- Ability to learn and adhere to new procedures
- Working experience with Remote Access Cards (IDRAC, ILOM, ILO, Ect)
- Strong communication skill with ability to provide technical updates
- Proficient at administrative tasks and paperwork
- Familiarity with ticket-tracking software (Experience with Service Now preferred)
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision and within a team environment
- Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to develop effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders
- CompTia A+ Certification is a plus
- CompTia Server+ Certification is a plus
- Dell Certification is a plus
- HP Certification is a plus
- IBM Certification is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
