PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Data Controller will be responsible for managing, analysing, and optimizing all data flows between Sapaad (POS) and Supy (Inventory & Procurement). This role ensures data accuracy, system integrity, and actionable insights to support decision-making across outlets, the central kitchen, purchasing, and finance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep system knowledge, and the ability to streamline processes across multiple business units in a multi-outlet F&B environment.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System Management & Data Integrity
- Maintain and monitor all data within Sapaad and Supy, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage item master data, recipes, costing, categories, and modifiers.
- Ensure accurate recording of LPOs, GRNs, stock transfers, and consumption entries.
- Reconcile discrepancies between Sapaad sales data and Supy inventory movements.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure timely and accurate system data entry.
2. Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Sales performance, Food cost and variance, Wastage and consumption, Inventory levels, and reorder alerts
· Supplier performance and pricing trends
- Develop dashboards for management review (Excel / Power BI preferred).
- Provide insights to improve margins, reduce wastage, and optimize purchasing decisions.
3. Process Optimization
- Map and enhance workflows between POS, inventory, purchasing, and finance.
- Standardize procedures for stock counts, recipe updates, and outlet operations.
- Support the Head of Finance in implementing cost control and efficiency strategies.
- Identify system gaps and recommend improvements to Sapaad and Supy configurations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Central Kitchen, Outlet Managers, Purchasing & Receiving, Finance & Cost Control
- Train staff on system usage, accurate data entry, and reporting standards.
5. Compliance & Audit Support
- ·Ensure all system data aligns with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support monthly stock audits and investigate variances.
- Maintain documentation for recipes, BOMs, and system configurations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B data analysis, cost control, or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Sapaad and Supy is highly preferred.
- Experience in multi-outlet F&B or bakery operations is an advantage.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recipe costing, inventory management, and POS workflows.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
