About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced analyst to guide our clients through smooth, accurate data migrations as they transition to a new platform. This role blends hands-on technical work (SQL, data transformation, integrations) with process optimization - helping us streamline and automate our internal workflows using modern tooling, scripting, and AI-assisted processes.
You’ll collaborate with clients, internal specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure each migration is high-quality, and repeatable.

  • Provide clients with best-practice recommendations on what to migrate and how to structure data for successful import.

Process Improvement & Automation
  • Evaluate existing migration workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, templatize, or automate using scripting, SQL optimization, AI tools, or other automation solutions.
  • Build repeatable internal tools, templates, or scripts that reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with PS team on improving throughput, predictability, and customer experience.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including installation guides, migration checklists, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Share insights and learnings with other team members to raise overall migration quality and consistency.

Required Skills
  • 3+ years working with data in an analytical, migration, or ETL-focused role
  • Proficiency in SQL, including ability to write queries, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic server administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Azure app registration)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, able to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
  • High sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through on assigned projects
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and balancing multiple concurrent client engagements

Success Metrics
  • Achieves ~80% accuracy on initial data imports, reducing rework and client friction.
  • Consistently delivers migration milestones on time and with high client satisfaction.
  • Works effectively with PS and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Demonstrates measurable enhancements to internal processes (e.g., reduced cycle time, fewer manual steps, improved accuracy).
  • Contributes reusable tools/templates that improve team scalability.
