Job Purpose:
The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, validating, managing, and maintaining accurate and reliable data across enterprise systems and business functions. This role enables data-driven decision-making by ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Data Collection & Consolidation

Coordinate data gathering from relevant departments (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, PMO).

Consolidate data from ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Excel trackers, and BI dashboards.

Maintain centralized data repositories ensuring version control, accessibility, and historical traceability.
2- Data Validation & Quality Assurance

Perform data validation, cleansing, duplication checks, and standardized formatting.

Track and resolve data discrepancies by working with data owners and functional leads.

Maintain accuracy checks, data validation templates, and exception logs.
3- Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, or ERP extracts.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
4- Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a liaison between IT, PMO, Business Units, and Functional Teams to coordinate data requirements.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
-
Proven experience of 2-5 years in data coordination, data management, PMO support, and reporting.

Exposure to Oracle EBS/Fusion, ServiceNow.
Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Macros)

Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI preferred)

Experience with ERP (Oracle preferred)
