Production Planning Officer/Data Entry Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely and error-free data entry of production plans, material requirements, and inventory records.
• Update and maintain planning sheets and reports using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and advanced Excel functions.
• Input and manage data in ERP systems related to production planning and imports.
• Track LC-linked material arrivals in coordination with the Import Department.
• Support the planning team with report generation and production tracking.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure alignment between planning data and actual operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or planning roles within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formatting.
• Familiarity with LC (Letter of Credit) processes and ERP systems is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
