Executive Planning ( Packaging Material )

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA (Supply Chain) preferably
• 1-2 Years relevant experience
• Food/FMCG Industry preferably

Responsibilities:

• Keep the record of updated Forecast shared by the Sales team
• Generate Stock report on daily basis with coordination of production/inventory teams
• Matching the available material before proceeding for new material printing
• Keep check on material shortage & slow moving items detail
• Maintain & update the packaging material rates log
• Follow up with inventory team for FGS / Sales / Stock codes report as per the system
• Providing multiple reports regarding pending order & Incoming materials
• Execute the procurement process related to raw material
• Preparing the purchase order and send to vendor for order confirmation
• Follow-up with vendor to ensure the raw material delivery on time
• Ensure the Completion of documents in Compliance with Halal / BRCGS / Food Safety/ISO requirements
• Maintain a strong liaison with concern departments & vendor for timely completion of tasks
• Outdoor visits in accordance with the payment/vendor requirements
• Maintain & update the database in soft/hard form

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75.00 - Rs95.00 per month
