Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to help with product data preparation, image/video documentation, and administrative project support. The role involves data entry, sample documentation, and basic system updates across internal platforms such as SAP, PLM, and OMS, supporting the Product/Project team in day-to-day operational tasks.

This is a hands-on operational role suitable for diploma holders or junior candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation & Data Support

  • Collect and document product samples, including photos, videos, and basic annotations
  • Upload and maintain product data in internal systems such as SAP, PLM (Teamcenter), OMS, and related tools
  • Support creation and maintenance of 3D images and product documentation
  • Assist with photobook updates and corrections
  • Help improve documentation clarity in Work Instructions (WI) and OMS entries

Data Entry & System Updates

  • Perform data entry and data corrections across internal platforms
  • Maintain and update existing product data records
  • Assist with annotation, dataset preparation, and retraining activities
  • Support project and job creation in vendor platforms such as Solomon (or other tools used)

Operational & Project Support

  • Support Project Managers with operational tasks so they can focus on core PM/PO responsibilities
  • Assist with sample collection and documentation activities
  • Support UAT preparation and documentation activities when required
  • Help prepare documentation for expansion to additional product lines

Administrative Support

  • Manage NDA documentation and external visitor registrations
  • Handle basic paperwork and coordination tasks
  • Support documentation management and record keeping

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, documentation, sample handling, or similar operational work
  • Comfortable handling images, videos, and documentation files
  • Basic familiarity with data systems or enterprise tools (SAP / PLM / OMS) is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, document handling, file management)
