About the Role

Revolite is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data systems that power analytics, AI, and business intelligence across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools and a strong foundation in Python and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows with focus on data quality, consistency and security
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to prepare analytics-ready and ML-ready datasets
• Manage and optimize data warehouses, data lakes and streaming data environments
• Build and automate workflows using Python (mandatory)
• Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI (good to have)
• Apply LLM knowledge for intelligent automation (good to have)
• Implement data governance, cataloging and lineage practices
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Ensure best practices in data standards, quality and automation
• Support data migration, transformation and system integration projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Terra)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Spark, Airflow or similar platforms
• Strong Python (or Scala) programming skills for data processing
• Experience with Airflow for pipeline orchestration
• Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing and performance optimization
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase or Power BI
• Understanding of data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR preferred)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with FastAPI
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI-based automation
