Job Specifications

• Time: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Location: Civic Center, Phase IV, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
• Job Type: Onsite – Full Time
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• Experience: 2 – 5 Years in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering

Skill Set: Python, Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL), dbt, Power BI, Grafana, Linux, Data Pipelines, Backend Systems, System Design, DSA.

Key Responsibilities

Data Systems & Engineering

Design and develop scalable data platforms supporting analytics and operational workloads

Data Pipelines & Architecture

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple data sources
• Design data models supporting analytics and reporting systems
• Implement robust data ingestion from databases, APIs, files, and event streams
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and fault tolerance across systems

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize database queries and backend services for performance at scale
• Design efficient data structures and storage models
• Improve latency and throughput of data pipelines

Collaboration & Engineering Practices

• Work with analytics, BI, and product teams to deliver reliable data products
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable production code
• Use Git-based workflows and engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years experience in Backend Engineering, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java (production-level coding)
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, indexing, query optimization, analytics queries)
• Experience building scalable data pipelines or backend systems
• Understanding of system design fundamentals (APIs, caching, distributed systems basics)
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms
• Build backend services and APIs for data ingestion, processing, and access
• Develop high-performance Python services for data processing pipelines
• Work with large-scale datasets using SQL and distributed processing concepts
