About the Role
We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in building data solutions for various business needs.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Core Skills: Advanced SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipeline development, data modeling, data warehousing.
- Tools: AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift), Apache Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Git, Terraform.
- Focus Areas: Building data solutions for online investing, client behavioral trends, financial product analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Environment: Agile, collaborative teams, secure and scalable data solutions, cloud-based platforms, regulatory compliance.
- Deliverables: Data pipelines, reporting, analytical support, data modernization, and ensuring data quality/security.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in data engineering and working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of database design and data warehousing principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Apache Spark).
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary rate for this position is between [$108,240 - 180,240 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
