Data Entry and Records Specialist

NCI - Nursing Corps, a nationwide leader in workplace medical services, is looking to add a Data Entry and Records Specialist. The Data Entry and Records Specialist is responsible for the accurate entry and reporting of confidential information as well as the scanning and filing and overall management of relevant data. Must be professional and detail-oriented. A motivated team player with good communication skills will excel and enjoy this unique position.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but commensurate work experience is accepted.

Drug test and background check required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Provide administrative support by assisting in the organization of paperwork, external reports and logs into digital records.
  • Proper gathering, processing, and filing of documentation services quickly and accurately.
  • Able to communicate professionally via telephonic and electronic methods with company clients, donors and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard records.
  • Growth into additional roles / responsibilities
