With Us, You Will Be Responsible

Regularly enters commercial decision report outcomes into the system on a daily basis.

Notifies the relevant manager in case of any non-standard situation in reports marked as "Passed" or "Failed."

Prepares products and samples in advance when they are to be sent to the head office following a commercial decision.

Performs a weekly system check of all entered commercial decision reports at the end of each week.

Archives documents and decision reports related to the Commercial Decision Department by relevant unit.

Initiates requests for general supplies (e.g. stationery) needed by the team and ensures procurement through the Purchasing Department.

Inputs factory inspection reports into the SAP system.
-
Compares factory and warehouse inspection results and shares a monthly report.

Reports the daily work schedules of managers to the head office.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.

Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work with sensitive data in line with confidentiality principles.

Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
