Job Purpose
The Admin Officer provides administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function at country level. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of government-related transactions, cost control support, documentation audits, reporting, and office facilities management, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in line with Floward’s policies and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Government & External Coordination

Handle government-related transactions, submissions, renewals, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure timely compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Cost Control & Administrative Audits

Support the review and monitoring of telecom expenses to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

Maintain and update budget tracker sheets to support cost control and reporting.

Audit outsourced attendance records and contract documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and internal controls.
Reporting & Technical Support

Prepare comparisons, reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of administrative reports and documentation.
Office & Facilities Support

Support office maintenance and general facilities coordination.

Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted office operations.
General Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function.

Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth workflows.
Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.

Experience handling government-related documentation is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
