We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Office Manager
to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can juggle multiple responsibilities, support staff, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities

Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Maintain office policies, procedures, and records

Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events

Handle invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting support

Ensure a safe, clean, and productive office environment

Act as the main point of contact for internal staff and external partners

Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
