Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can juggle multiple responsibilities, support staff, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events
  • Handle invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting support
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and productive office environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal staff and external partners
  • Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
