Data Entry Associate

We have an immediate opening for a detailed-oriented data entry specialist to assist our support office teams. You will be assisting the marketing and accounting teams with administrative duties. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can succeed in a very fast-paced and competitive environment. This is a temporary part-time position averaging 15-25 hours per week. This role will be required to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. No remote work will be available.

Key Functions, Responsibilities and Tasks

Update online videos with product links.
Assist with video content audits.
Process Accounts Payable.
Enter Data into NetSuite and other ERP's.

Required

A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Experience with repetitive, data-heavy work.
High accuracy imputing information into data sets.
Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, email, and computer skills.
Ability to handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with YouTube & eCommerce platforms.
Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.

Compensation

$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
