Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations, order processing, customer coordination, and interdepartmental communication. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service while supporting multiple departments when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Quotes, invoices and delivery notes.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Proper coordination between all departments in charge for deliveries
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, messages, answering customer queries, arranging and scheduling delivery dates and informing them in case of delays
  • Handling ecommerce orders, by confirming and scheduling orders when required.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Submitting invoices and other related documents on required portals.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of events or accomplishment of short/long-term projects.
  • Support other departments in times of shortcomings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
